We are scheduled to attend our first track meet on SUNDAY, March 06, 2022, at Wheeler High School (375 Holt Rd NE, Marietta, GA 30068). Arrival is scheduled for 11 am (this is a change from 9 am).

This is when your athlete should arrive to start warming up.

The fee to enter the meet is $5 for 6 yrs and older. Athletes are free. Please dress in layers and the weather continues to be unpredictable. If you have a tent bring it. Please bring chairs, tarps, blankets to sit on. We like to sit together as a team so be on the lookout for a red and beige tent when you arrive. With regard to food bring water, Gatorade, sandwiches, and fruit. No cheese, please. If your children bring game equipment, cell phones, earphones, etc., please ensure they are responsible. In regard to jackets and clothing, please put your child's name in it so when he/she takes it off, we know who to call.

Uniforms are not in. Athletes should wear black shorts and white t-shirts until the uniforms arrive. If they do not have black shorts and a white t-shirt, please have them wear plain shorts and a plain shirt (no script), as we understand it may not be feasible to go out and buy additional apparel.

Parent behaviors: PLEASE support your child no matter if they come in first or last. Coach Clarence, Coach Connor, and Coach Reggie will support them no matter what. We will encourage, hug, high-five your children to promote success. Do not come on the field unless we ask you to. We want you to enjoy yourself and we will all help each other's children to have a positive outcome on and off the field.

Field events volunteers: East Track club is responsible for a field event. We will need three volunteers, male or female to assist. We will let you know on Sunday what event we are in charge of.
